Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since payments are not collected online, all cancellations and refunds are handled manually through phone or email.
To cancel your booking, contact us at least 24 hours before your check-in date.
For last-minute cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee depending on the situation.
If any advance is paid offline (via call confirmation), refund eligibility will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
No-shows without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.
