Since payments are not collected online, all cancellations and refunds are handled manually through phone or email.

Cancellations:

  • To cancel your booking, contact us at least 24 hours before your check-in date.

  • For last-minute cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee depending on the situation.

Refunds:

  • If any advance is paid offline (via call confirmation), refund eligibility will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

  • No-shows without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.
